1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our technical platform or engage in our engineering advisory.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Achic Tech Solutions and its licensors. Our documentation, logic blueprints, and software architectures are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Kenya and foreign countries.

3. Service Provision

Our engineering services are provided on a "Bespoke" basis. While we strive for high-precision architecture, the specific performance of any digital infrastructure is dependent on the constraints identified during the Discovery and Audit phase of the Engineering Blueprint.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
